The Summer SLAY officially starts tomorrow! The feedback from you guys so far has been fantastic, and I am so excited to jump into this program with you because I know you’re going to love it.
Here is our sweat schedule for the week.
Week 1 Workouts
Tuesday: 30 Minute Stairmill Workout (or 30 minutes of your favorite cardio – can be walking, running, cycling, your favorite class, etc.)
Wednesday: OFF/Active Recovery
Thursday: Full Body Tabatas
Friday: Full Body Flex
Saturday: OFF/Active Recovery
Please note that it is so important for you to listen to your body. This schedule is only a suggestion so please modify or move things as needed and let me know if you need any help with alternatives.
Equipment Needed
The only equipment required is a set of dumbbells for the full body routines. Both routines also feature kettlebell swings, which can be done with a kettlebell or dumbbell. For the full body tabata routine I recommend using the Gymboss Timer App to help you time your intervals.
Meal Ideas & Grocery List
I’ve compiled some of my favorite healthy recipes from my blog and some of my favorite blogs. Again, this is merely a suggestion – please feel free to adjust and make any dietary decisions that work well for your body. The meal ideas don’t adhere to any specific dietary restrictions – feel free to get creative to make it work for you, or let me know if you’d like modification ideas 🙂
