Welcome to The Balanced Berry! My name is Les, and as the head trainer here at The Balanced Berry, I’m here to help make healthy living easy for you. I help busy women burn fat, build strength, and improve their body image without obsession, comparison, or deprivation.

1. Do these three easy things to jump-start your journey today.
