This bulletproof matcha latte makes an amazing morning pick-me-up. Loaded with antioxidants and healthy fats, it’s an amazing way to start the day!
If you have been around these parts for awhile, you know I am a big fan of matcha tea. For awhile, my relationship with coffee became a little unhealthy (at least for me), and I decided to give it up in favor of the green stuff. While I am back on the coffee train these days, I still love me some matcha, and am always looking for new ways to prepare it. So pull up a chair, and let’s catch up over a bulletproof matcha latte.
If we were on a matcha date
I would ask you how things have been since we last talked. You know, really talked. Because it feels like it’s been awhile (it has).
If we were on a matcha date
I would ask you what your holiday plans are, and ask you what you have planned for 2017. Because let’s be real, we are all ready for 2016 to be over.
If we were on a matcha date
I would gently remind you to remember self-care and to not let stress or anxiety get the best of you. Mainly because that is the advice I too desperately need right now, and in all honesty, I haven’t been taking it.
If we were on a matcha date
I would try to get some podcast recommendations from you because I’m addicted and am always looking for new ones to listen to. For awhile I was really into business/blogging podcasts, but have recently wanted to change things up. I learn a ton from business podcasts, but get overwhelmed and discouraged when I don’t have the time to apply what I’m learning (which is all the time). Lately health and happiness podcasts have been floating my boat. Also, Davida just launched a new podcast and the first episode was amazing, so all is right in the world.
