The fitness industry focuses on what women have to lose when it comes to exercise. The general conversation about fitness is usually about losing weight and inches. It’s about becoming stronger.
But we are all about building confidence here, so let’s focus on how exercise can make you bigger. I’m talking bigger in power and strength. Not shrinking mentally or physically to fit a certain image.
