Broiled Grapefruit
- 1 Grapefruit
- 1 Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
- ΒΌ Teaspoon Cinnamon
- Optional Toppings:
- Greek Yogurt, Coconut Cream, Granola, Shredded Coconut, Nuts, Seeds
- Slice grapefruit in half and sprinkle each half with coconut sugar and cinnamon.
- Heat under broiler until grapefruit is soft and juicy, and sugar has melted. About 4-5 minutes.
- Top with desired toppings and serve immediately.
