I have hinted that I’m working on something. I have been sharing glimpses of my fitness routine with you, showing you how to use my favorite equipment and taking you along as I try new classes. Well friends, the day has finally come. I’m excited to invite you to my online workout program called Elevated Movement!
Elevated Movement is a six-week fitness program dedicated to helping you live a healthier lifestyle. I want this plan to be supportive, flexible and doable. While you do not need to be a fitness pro or advanced to participate, I recommend this plan for those with a general fitness base (i.e.: you can go on a brisk walk or light jog without losing your breath, and don’t have serious prior injuries).
If you have taken your fitness to the extreme in the past, and are looking for a balanced approach to achieving your fitness goals, this program is for you.
This isn’t just about losing a specific amount of weight, or looking a certain way. This is about being the happiest, healthiest, strongest version of yourself from the inside out. We will be elevating ourselves beyond the bikini talk, and practicing self-care through movement. With that being said, uncovering new muscles and working towards a strong, healthy bod is definitely part of the fun!
Here’s what you get:
- New workouts will be released each week. The workouts generally take between 30-45 minutes, five days per week and will provide a combination of strength training, functional workouts and HIIT/cardio routines. I will also provide modifications as needed.
- The workouts will be efficient and adaptable to challenge your body and fit your schedule. The workouts will vary each week to keep your body guessing.
- Detailed demonstrations of each exercise. The moves can be performed in the gym or adapted for home.
- Access to the private Elevated Movement community for support, accountability and motivation.
- Exclusive recipes, meal prep and planning tips, and wellness advice that isn’t shared on the blog.
The next round begins October 31. Registration closes on October 30.

This is so cool! Congratulations on this program – I’m sure it was a lot of work going into it! I am dealing with a lot of old injuries flaring up, so I’m thinking my fitness routine will be headed into the pool this fall!
