Today I’m so excited to share an awesome project I’ve been working on called Fall Into Fit – a four week fitness series I’ve created just for you!
So what is the Fall Into Fit series?
It is four weeks of workout plans, healthy recipes and support starting Monday, October 5. The best part? It’s 100% free!
Ready to get started?
- Sign up for the series! You’ll get the week’s plan straight to your inbox every Friday. Workout plans begin each week on Monday. Bonus: when you sign up you’ll get a starter guide with fall-friendly recipes, workout tips and a guide with my favorite cardio routines to incorporate into the series. You can sign up for the series here.
- Schedule your dedicated workout time. The number one way to stay consistent with your workouts is to plan them for a time they are least likely to be interrupted or out prioritized. Early mornings work best for me. Find that sweet spot for you and stick to it!
- Equipment: All of the workouts will require a set of dumbbells, and can be completed at home or at the gym. A few of the exercises use a stability ball as well. If you don’t have access to equipment, no worries! I’ll provide alternate suggestions along the way.
- If you are interested in tracking your progress, you are more than welcome to take before and after photos to see how far you’ve come. This is totally a personal choice, but is a great way to see your physical progress.
- Join the community! Having a workout buddy and support system is the best way to stay accountable when establishing a new routine. You can join the Fall into Fit Facebook group for motivation, accountability, and more! I also have a special Pinterest board dedicated to the Fall into Fit series with great resources, recipes and pinspiration 😉
