Happy Sunday all of my Fall into Fit friends! I hope you’ve had a great weekend so far. Today we’re gearing up for the first week of the Fall into Fit series. Let’s do this.

-On Tuesday, complete at least 30 minutes of steady-state cardio. This can be a jog, biking, taking the stairs, your favorite group exercise class, or any moderate-level of activity that gets your heart rate up.
-Take Sunday to rest, prep and plan for the next week. If you have time, take 10-15 minutes to do some full body stretching or foam rolling or hit up a yoga class!
