I cannot believe this is our final week of Fall Into Fit! Where has October gone?
I hope you have enjoyed the Fall Into Fit series. I have really enjoyed hosting for you. This is our last week of workouts, and we will be focusing on power. That means we will bump up the intensity, and will be performing explosive movements to really get your heart rate up and burn fat. Let’s get after it!
-Monday and Wednesday: Week 4 Workout
-Tuesday: Full Body Tabata Circuit
-Thursday: 45 minutes of your favorite moderate intensity cardio, or your favorite fitness class!
-Friday: Hit a yoga class, foam roll or perform your favorite stretching routine
-Saturday: HIIT it one more time
-Sunday: Throw it back to the Week 1 Workout to see how far you’ve come
