Happy Memorial Day weekend! That means it is essentially summer. That means I am a very happy camper. I live for the warm weather, incredible produce and sunshine that stays around well into the evening.
In the past, my excitement for summer always came with a small dose of anxiety. I definitely bought into the idea that I needed to have a “summer” body, and always put pressure on myself to drop a few pounds and tone up this time of year. After a little growing up and soul-searching, I am happy to say that I don’t put this same pressure on myself when summer rolls around as I used to.
