Just because Superbowl Sunday is fast approaching, doesn’t mean we need to go too crazy in the food department. I mean, don’t you want to eat snacks that are delicious AND give you energy to root for your team of choice, instead of feeling weighed down by greasiness? I figured as much, so I put together a round-up of awesome Game-Day recipes that will taste great, but won’t throw you off track.
I don’t know what has been going on with the weather in Seattle lately, but I’m loving every second of it. Sorry east coasters, but we have had it good over here. I’m talking sunshine, and 60 degree temps…it’s a nice little spring preview! I’ll gladly take it.
As I’ve mentioned before, my favorite part of watching football is the spread of snacks. I’m really not sorry about this. Here are some recipes I’ve been loving from around the web!
Healthy Buffalo Dip from The Balanced Berry
Baked Sriracha Lime Chicken Wings from The Healthy Maven
Spicy Avocado Mayo Turkey Club Rollups from The Nutritious Kitchen
Buffalo Brussels Sprouts from Tone It Up
Cauliflower and Quinoa Breadsticks from Nosh and Nourish
Spinach, Kale and Artichoke Dip from The Balanced Berry
Grilled Zucchini Nachos from Two Peas and Their Pod
Seahawks Blue Chips and Guacamole from Queen Bee Coupons – had to ๐
Feta Stuffed Buffalo Chicken Meatballs from She Uncovered
Smashed Sweet Potato Guacamole Bites from Running to the Kitchen
Gingerberry Kombucha Moscow Mules from The Balanced Berry
Superbowl Sangria from Posh Little Designs
Apple Nachos from Trail and Eater
Who are you rooting for on Superbowl Sunday?
What will you be snacking on?
