Description

1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

½ Tablespoon Honey

1/2 Teaspoon Dried Lavender  

1 Scoop Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen


Ingredients

  1. In a blender, blend the almond milk, honey, and dried lavender.
  2. When the ingredients are blended and honey is dissolved, strain the mixture and return the lavender honey almond milk to the blender.
  3. Add a scoop of matcha and blend again. Serve over ice.
