Happy November! I personally am still in complete disbelief that it is in fact November. When did that happen exactly? And how on Earth is this year almost over already? I have no idea. But I honestly didn’t even feel like October actually happened, so there’s that.
Anywho, with the spirit of the holidays coming up I wanted my November challenge group to focus on keeping healthy habits going through the season. The average American gains 7-12 lbs during November and December, then decides come January to turn it all around. I know I’ve been in this cohort, but let’s be real here. It’s a pretty ugly cycle. This year, I’m determined to enjoy my family, friends and favorite treats WITHOUT the crazy yo-yo game. Ya feel me? All that to say, I’m inviting everyone to have a Healthy Happy Holidays along with me. What exactly does that mean? Well it depends. Maybe that means weight loss. Maybe it means maintaining (holla). Or maybe it just means you want to be more mindful of how your body feels during this stressful time of year. Either way I gotchu. We’re all in this together!
