After a summer sweat session, this watermelon smoothie makes the perfect on-the-go drink to recover with.


Ingredients

¾ Cup Cubed Watermelon

½ Cup Frozen Cherries

½ Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt OR 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

¼ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Coconut Water

Ice


Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you’d like your smoothie a bit thicker, add some ice and blend until it reaches the desired consistency.
