I truly cannot believe I’m saying this, but we have come to our last week of the Summer SLAY. The past three weeks have been so fun and engaging. I’m so proud of you for bringing the slay, and I know you’ll finish this week strong. If you aren’t already a part of the Confidence Over Comparison community I highly encourage you to join us there! That is truly where the party is at – everyone in that group is so engaging and supportive. If you need some extra support and accountability, definitely join us. The group will stay rockin’ long after the Summer SLAY ends.

Summer Slay was amazing! I feel like i have so many more tools in the belt for fitness and nutrition. I have some new favorite Easy And Healthy recipes (perfect for work day prep). The workouts kill it, short but efficient. I have them printed out and grab one whenever i can’t get myself to leave the house. I will keep you posted on progress, because The Slay Is So Real.
