This workout will challenge and strengthen your entire body with just a stability ball!
Do you ever go to the gym, look at a piece of equipment and think, “What am I going to do with that thing?”
I know I have, plenty of times.
When it comes to my programming, I’m a fan of keeping workouts simple. Of using a few pieces (if any) of equipment, and doing a few moves that can be mastered, and that target several muscle groups at once to build functional strength and get the most bang for your workout buck.
Because ain’t nobody got time to be at the gym all day long.
This routine is one of my favorites, and all you need is a stability ball. It primarily focuses on core and strength and stability, which is so important for keeping your entire body strong and moving well. Not to mention, having good core strength and stability is key to mastering more advanced exercises down the road.
