This White Chocolate Matcha Latte adds a sweet twist to the traditional matcha latte. It’s dairy-free and is a great source of protein and healthy fat.
Ingredients
1 Scoop Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen (Original Flavor)
¼ Cup Hot Water, Almost Boiling
¾ Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, Warmed
2 Tablespoons Cacao Butter
1-2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup or Honey
Instructions
- Whisk together the matcha collagen and hot water until the matcha has dissolved.
- Add the matcha mixture to a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until combined.
- Serve immediately.
